A fully assembled food trike is an awkward shipping object: long, wide at the canopy, and mostly air. Shipping assembled carts means paying to move air. That is why every cart we build is engineered to flat-pack.
The principle: the chassis stays complete — wheels, drivetrain, brakes and steering are all pre-adjusted and tested at the factory. The body panels, counters, canopy and appliances pack into padded crates that stack alongside. Assembly at destination is a two-person, two-hour job with regular hand tools, guided by an illustrated sheet and labeled fasteners.
In practice, a 40 HQ container takes four to six carts depending on the model and equipment level, plus spares kits and consumables. Compared with fully assembled shipping, buyers typically see 40–60% lower per-unit freight once volumes pass two units.
Before every shipment we photograph the loading plan, share the packing list and confirm container desiccant and bracing for sea freight. If your program grows into scheduled batches, we pre-book freight lanes and hold safety stock of fast-moving parts.
