Gelato sells on presentation, so these carts are built around the display. Pozzetti wells hold 4–12 tubs at a stable −18 °C to −12 °C while keeping energy draw low enough for all-day battery operation. The open-display variant uses anti-fog curved glass and LED spotlights for high-footfall tourist locations. Both share the same chassis, brake system and branded body panels as the rest of the lineup, so a mixed fleet looks consistent on the street.
