The contact grill combines a ribbed upper plate with a flat lower plate to deliver fast, even cooking from both sides. The floating hinge accommodates food up to 60 mm thick, making it equally suited to thin paninis and thick-cut steaks. The non-stick coating releases cleanly and wipes down in seconds between orders.
